Administration / Billing
  1. You are responsible for informing us of a grant number change. Please keep your billing information current in the on-line scheduling system.
  2. Billing is performed once a month. Grants are billed directly. Your receipt can be viewed and printed from the "billing receipts" folder on the data server. Instructions on how to do this can be obtained from any of the staff.
  3. External (corporate) charges will be invoiced periodically when necessary.
