The University of Wisconsin-Madison Continuing Education in Nursing is accredited as a provider of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation (Iowa Provider Number: 350). This activity has been planned and implemented using the educational design criteria of the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation through the joint providership of The University of Wisconsin-Madison Continuing Education in Nursing and the other providers. 5.25 ANCC Contact Hours (6.3 Iowa) will be awarded for successful completion of this activity based on full attendance and satisfactory completion of all evaluation materials.
