The inaugural Andy North and Friends event was an incredible success, having raised $300,000 to benefit the University of Wisconsin Carbone Cancer Center! The June 6-8th event took place in the Wisconsin Dells.

As part of the event, 100 golfers enjoyed an exclusive weekend getaway package that included two rounds of golf at Trappers Turn Golf Club, a dinner party with Andy North, Tom Watson and Aaron Rodgers (pictured right), a golf clinic given by Andy North and Tom Watson and $500 in golf apparel and equipment presented by Titleist. Golfers also received a two-night stay at Kalahari Resort.

On Sunday evening, 500 dinner guests enjoyed a variety of delectable specialties prepared by Kalahari Resort chefs, a live and silent auction, a presentation by Andy North and Tom Watson and a musical tribute to Dean Martin and Frank Sinatra by the Dry Martinis.

"We are excited to make this an annual event and are extremely proud that we were so successful in the event’s first year," said Andy North, two-time U.S. Open Champion and golf commentator for ABC and ESPN. "Not only has the event been a memorable experience for all involved, it will have a lasting impact on cancer research."
